You can make a spay, neuter or veterinary care appointment for your cat or dog by calling 704.970.2711 or scheduling an appointment online.
Appointments are required for all animals. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept walk-ins, but please feel free to visit our clinic to schedule your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you no show for your appointment without giving prior notice you will be asked to pay in full before you are allowed to reschedule.
For the health and safety of your pet, pre-surgery blood work may be required for animals aged 7 and older. We will discuss each case individually with the pet’s owner prior to the scheduled surgery.
North Carolina law requires that all dogs and cats that are fixed be current on their rabies shot. We also recommend distemper vaccines for dogs and cats. If your pet does not have a current vaccination we can provide it the day of surgery or the vaccines can be given by your veterinarian prior to your appointment. We must have written documentation of the rabies vaccine (we cannot use your pet’s rabies tag).
We accept all forms of payment EXCEPT checks or Care Credit. Payment is due when you pick up your pet or after services are given during veterinary care visits.
There is an additional charge of $5 for a fast acting flea treatment (Capstar) for any animals infested with fleas. (Flea infestation interferes with the sterility of the surgery.)
